House Rules
- Check in and Check Out: CHECK IN TIME IS 2PM AND CHECK OUT TIME IS 12 NOON. If you have a late flight you are welcome to leave your luggage with our staff. Late check out at villa is subject to availability, half late check out until 6.00 PM is charge 50% of nightly rate and more than 6.00 PM will be charge 100% of nightly rate.
- Security: Please lock away your valuables in our safety deposit box. Remember your code as only our villa manager has a master key. Always ensure the main door from street is kept locked.
- Smoking: Thank you for not smoking in bedrooms, or inside villa. Please use the outdoors area only and ask our staff for an ashtray.
- Cleaning: Please make time for our staff to clean your room. We appreciate your efforts to minimize the use of towels. If you wish to reuse towels please hang on towel rails. If you require new towels please place in bathtubs. Beach/pool towels are changed every 3 days only. If you wish to have private time in the villa, please advise staff.
- Air Conditioning: Please do not operate air conditioning with doors or windows open. Our staff is instructed to turn off air conditioner when guests are out, as power in Bali is in short supply. The air conditioner only takes a short while to cool rooms and we appreciate your co- operation with this.
- Laundry: Our staff is happy to take away your laundry to be cleaned. A fantastic idea would be to give clothes to be cleaned just before you leave exploring for the day, so to have all your items cleaned for your return trip home. Please allow one day notice.
- Rooms: Everything in the rooms are for your use whilst staying with us. We appreciate your respect for our property and using items for which they have been intended for, including not using our sofas as overnight beds. Breakages, damage and theft must be paid for.
- Temporary Tattoos: Please be advised that tattoos may cause infection and also stain our bed linen which may need replacement at guest cost. Please exercise caution.
- Music After Hours: We encourage you to enjoy all aspects of our Villa, but as we are in a residential area may we suggest that music is turned down at a reasonable hour.
- Pool Rules: As such, there are no rules, however please be advised that decking and marble tiles are slippery when wet. Indonesian law does not require pool fencing so children must be supervised at all times. In the event you would like to have a pool fence for your stay, we are able to hire on your behalf.
- Staffing at Villa: We have a full-time live-in housekeeper on the villa premises. Other staff members start from 8 AM – 4 PM (8 hours). For emergency please call our reservation at +62 812 3686 8956 . Our reservation is also available on Whatsapp, you may call via whatsapp as well.
